We provide a specially designed program that includes lessons, tasks and recipes and provide support from a panel of health experts and community of other healthy mums.
Following our program is easy, taking only a few minutes a day and allows you to have the flexibility to access and read your articles and recipes wherever you are and whenever you want.

We will do everything possible to work with you to help you realise your own health goals. If you are not completely, 100% satisfied with your program after the first four weeks, you are entitled to cancel your membership with no further charge or receive a refund for any amount already paid.

Step 1: Upon verifying payment through PayPal, we will send you a confirmation email and you will have immediate access to the recipe section of the site
Step 2: In the week prior to your program start date, we will send you 3 pre-program emails to prepare you for starting and you will receive your Welcome Pack in the mail
Step 3: Your program will start the first Monday of the month and you will receive an email in your inbox introducing the days’ lesson with a link to the members area and full article
Step 4: In your first week you should join the closed Facebook group and start getting involved with other members and the expert panel
