My highlights have been the wake up on how much of the wrong carbs we were eating. Our diet was healthy but not the right type of healthy which set us up more easily for failure. Also the fact that we weren't eating enough was amazing.
I find that now we are eating more meals there is less room for error & CJ has actually began to seek out snacks like nuts/ trail mixes that he can eat rather than the chips etc. that he would normally be begging me to buy for him.
Not only has my physical health improved but so too has my emotional health. I feel more energetic & able to be the Mum that CJ not only needs but deserves!
